How It Works
Importing Horses
Download a CSV template from your admin panel, fill in the information on the horses you wish to inspect and import the data. When you are ready to do an inspaection just sort the horses by owner or by location.
Inspecting Horses
Suggested Use -- Speak or write your overall impression of the horse addressing type
and conformation positives and negatives. Make special note of areas where
improvement is possible.
MEDIA: Add photos or video to support your findings. Share with your team.
Evaluating Horses
Suggested Use -- Speak or write using your own shorthand system of evaluation. Consider separate grading of pedigree and conformation. Consignors make suggestions for Sales options. Buyers identify short lists. Share with your team.
Tracking Issues
Suggested Use -- Speak or write in short sentences noting any issues you wish to
follow. Share with your team and with the farm manager or owner where
appropriate.
MEDIA: Add photos or video to support your findings.
The "tb" Programs
tbSales (for Sellers)
Our tbSales platform is composed of 3 modules, with color-coded interfaces.
- Our Paperwork module enables consignors to generate database-driven (i.e., completely pre-filled) contracts, authorized agent forms, health questionnaires and letters, and send them to owners and/or farm managers.
- Our Reports module enables consignors to register the viewing and vetting activity throughout the day, and generate reports to owners.
- Our Financial module enables consignors to enter expenses for each horse and the system calculates the proceeds for each owner based on percentages of ownership.

Our tbInspect platform follows the color-coded trend for its interface.
- Import Horses from a CSV file (we provide the template) or add individual horses.
- Sort Horses by location.
- Inspect Horses using voice-to-text technology.
- Evaluate Horses to have a sense as to which sales might be best suited to each horse.
- Track Issues that can be resolved or improved.
If you are a seller following the development of a horse prior to sales time, note any issue which proper mangement can imporve and share them with your team, the farm manager and the owner (if you want). Each tracking notation will be time stamped. If you are a potential buyer follow improvement or lack thereof over time.
Finally using your own system and in your own words, evaluate the horse. This can be used by a consignor to suggest the best sale options for that horse and by the buyer to note potential ring price. Evaluations can be shared among team members or owners (if you wish). visit tbInspect.com
